RE : Letter of Intention & Summary Business Plan of IP-KGB9 Project

K9GB Group Cooperation, we intend submission Letter of Intention get Fund/Loan into profitable project is “Industrial Park Kingdom Golden Bamboo 9” [IP-KGB9] project, under these main offering will be accepted all conclusions are;
o Establish “Industrial Park Kingdom Golden Bamboo” on Land 6,880Ha divide IP {480Ha/40 plants} + “K GB9” {6,400Ha/40 zones = 4000 Thai Farmers} , serve “Bamboo as Biomass” 7 MT/year till 20 years, sustainable supply biomass for Diesel Oil Plant 1,000TPD, Biogas/LBM 22,000Q/hr, Activated Carbon 3,000TPD, Pellet 3,000TPD, Electric Powers 50 MWe, H2 Gas 1,000Q/hr , Bio-Fertilizer 3,000TPD, Sweet Shoot 170KT/Y and Seedling 288MS/Y.
o Estimated revenue full operation $15,455MUSD, potential growth 37% +, Operation cost $4,235MUSD, EBITDA $11,110 MUSD, Tax 30% $3,333MUSD, Profit $7,777MUSD. IP-KGB project shall get Real Estate & BOI will get special subsidy exempt tax policy 1-8 years, will get return of investment is $147.5BUSD. Project shall co-operation with bio energy expertise, professional team building mega project and management assess to create more assess values to make back up securitization the project under AIM’s Policy 2012.
o Need 1st Loan/Fund $300 M USD, repay 2-10 years, interest rate 5% per year, security loan by SBLC or MT760 face value $20MUSD , from Suisse Bank, UK then return it value after get 1st repayment. Plus JV Advisor 5% on profit on AIM.
o Once your company decide release finance project, finish 1st fund to start up is become our partner, your company will not get back debt, interest , but will take more option Joint Venture Advisor by agreement under “K9BG RULE”.
